The Beergarden Route
The idea of having a beergarden Pubcrawl occurred to us after 2001's "First Annual Summer Pubcrawl", which was merely a re=hash of the "Classic Route". We felt that on lovely sunny summer days it was a shame to be stuck in pubs that didn't have beer gardens, so addressed this issue while thinking up what to do for Dave's 21st (2nd Annual Summer Pubcrawl). So we decided to visit our favourite Wallasey beergardens (Royal Oak, Telegraph & Clarence) and pad the crawl out with some others. It's worked well each time we've done it and for some reason we always seem to be lucky with the weather.The Beergarden Route:-
