This item arrived in a bag, with a preprinted apology from the Royal Mail for the damage to it. So far as can be ascertained without actively looking for a spot to fly it, the kite is in good working order. We can only presume that the post officer on duty presumed the kite itself had fallen out of its packaging.
But if that had been the case, why was Duffy's address on a label on the kite itself?
