TOURS
This has led to us embarking upon a couple of Wednesday night tours around the pubs of Wallasey. We spent the latter half of 2005, as well as the majority of 2006 visiting a different pub each Wednesday, and largely the tours have gone down as yet another great Dipso success. Although there have of course been a couple of duffers (did somebody say the Shepherd's Rest?).This is the tour that ran from October 2006 to March 2007. The pubs were drawn in the Royal Oak using the double-veto system whereby a Senior Dipsomaniac could state "veto" after any pub they didn't want to attend was drawn, and if another Senior Dipsomaniac seconded the veto, the pub was removed and another was drawn. |
