DEED TO POWER OF ATTORNEY1. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY is made this the _____________ day of ___________ in the year Two thousand and _________ by DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY, whose office is registered with ukreg.com as being 19 Uppingham Road, Wallasey, Merseyside, England CH44 2BT.
2. DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY HEREBY APPOINTS each of the persons named in Schedule 1 below (together the "Attorneys") severally to be the lawful attorneys of DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY and authorises such persons to
1) sign or execute as a deed OR deliver AND/OR perfect any contract, deed or document;
2) do any other act or thing on behalf and/or in the name of DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY as the Attorneys shall consider necessary, desirable or funny
in the context of the following paragraph 3 according to whether an individual Attorney is listed in Schedule 1
3. ANY ATTORNEY listed in Schedule 1 shall have the authority to
(i) receive, discharge, release, surrender or re-assign any mortgage of life policy DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds or has an interest in;
(ii) regulate the priority of any security DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds or has an interest in;
(iii) sign a transfer or conveyance or other document by which the undersigned "transferor" ("transferor), being a DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY member, effects a change of property ownership;
(iv) vary the terms of any mortgage or loan agreement held by the transferor during such a period that the DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds power of Attorney;
(v) make any declaration written or under oath in connection with any mortgage or loan agreement held by the transferor during such a period that the DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds power of Attorney over as to the continuation or repayment or discharge of it;
(vi) receive, vacate, discharge, release, surrender, re-convey or re-assign any charge, mortgage, debenture or other type of security which is held by the transferor during such a period that the DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds power of Attorney;
