(vii) compromise the priority or regulate the priority of any mortgage or other security that is held by the transferor during such a period that the DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds power of Attorney;(viii) enter into an agreement with a third party or execute any document which directly relates or attaches to property or land securing any mortgage or other security that is held by the transferor during such a period that the DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY holds power of Attorney;
4. DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY HEREBY UNDERTAKES to ratify whatever the Attorneys or any of them shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Deed of Power of Attorney.
5. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY revokes all previous Powers of Attorney signed by the transferor on or before the ____________ day of _________ in the year Two thousand and _________.
6. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules and regulations set out for such documents by DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY that can be requested for sight by any transferor once this document is signed and has been considered to be wholly acceptable by DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY. Said rules and regulations must not be copied, or reproduced in any way, and must not be held by any transferor for more than one hour every month that that this Deed for Power of Attorney remains in effect.
7. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall remain in effect until such time as DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY deems it to be null and void. The declaration of such annulment shall take any amount of the following forms:
(i) Annulment shall be made by DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY to transferor verbally and shall take effect immediately.
(ii) Annulment shall be made by DIPSOMANIA SOCIETY without contact with transferor taking place and shall take effect immediately.
(iii) Annulment shall be made with no proof or evidence of the same being made apparent.
(iii) Annulment shall be retrospective.
8. THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY shall be deemed to make null and void any powers held by transferor with specific regards to the acts mentioned in paragraphs 1-8
